I work as an assistant advertising director for a company on the East Coast. I graduated with a BFA in Visual Communications. That means I know a little bit about every kind of art the college was willing to teach me, but not enough that qualifies as job getting experience. Basically I was really lucky, particularly with todays economy, and sometimes I feel guilty because of it. One day I want to illustrate childrens' books, but I have to start where the money is. Family means everything to me.

been forever since I've been able to get on. over 300 messages! got to get more art uploaded. steampunk commish still only about half way finished. poor guy now everyone knows why I don't really offer them...except jewelry. started to make jewelry. will have to upload some of that. work is still work. at least I'm working can't complain. looking to start a website. doing more freelance advertising work mostly social networking stuff for businesses. much more fun thank regular job and gives me extra pocket money. be back soon I hope!

so this is the deal. you will be seeing me a lot less...or i will be on deviantart a lot less. for some reason the last three or four times i've signed on to my account i get a rogue antispyware program start downloading itself on my computer. i don't blame it on deviantart but my boss thinks it better if i don't go on the website and i have to use the company's computer so....i was told by our tech guy that social websites have the tendency to attract that kind of thing. oh well! sigh. almost done with lust then i need a new project...was comissioned to do a 'steampunk' like painting. that will be fun. i will be around. btw no hot wat

ok so don't laugh but I am way behind in what's popular in the anime world (scratches head) or what was popular in the anime world. Anyway I just started watching Bleach a couple weeks ago and I discovered a character I find inexplicably fascinating. Urahara is so completely wickedly incredibly awesome! Squee! Oh no I just squeed like some fangirl...(shrugs) well since I still agree with my previous statement allow me to squee again. SQUEEEEE!...ok I'm done squeeing to you...is it wierd if I squee to myself throughout the day when I think of him? ugh what am I turning into? Long Live the HAT!
